- ENERGIA DUCT Phenolic Panel comprise a closed cell thermoset phenolic insulation core with autohesively bonded protective and durable facing on both sides.
- It is non-porous, non-fibrous, odourless.

- UL 181 approval is for 20mm & 30mm thick Phenolic Foam Panels with Aluminium and Fiberglass facing on both sides.
- UL Listed ductwork fabricated from ENERGIA DUCT Phenolic System comly with the requirement of "UAE Fire & Life Safety Code of Practice" and have the certificate of compliance issued by UAE Ministry of Interior Civil Defense G.H.Q.
- ENERGIA DUCT Phenolic foam insulation panels are tested and approved by Dubai Central Laboratory as per 2018 "UAE Fire & Life Safety Code of Practice."
- ENERGIA DUCT Phenolic foam insulation panels are tested and approved by Dubai Central Laboratory as per 2017 Al Saf'at - Dubai Green Building Evaluation system.
- ENERGIA DUCT Phenolic Panel does not contain asbestos as required by The Pearl Rating System for ESTIDAMA.

ENERGIA DUCT VCD is Designed for the purpose of controlling air flow and pressure in heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems in open / limited access areas and light weight applications.

- Frame: 20mm thick Phenolic Foam sheet with Aluminium foil facing on both sides
- Frame Size: 160 to 200mm depth with flanges for side‐fixing
- Blades: 1mm Extruded Aluminium aerofoil profiles.
- Drive Shaft: 12mm Galvanized steel square rod
- Bearing: Nylong bushings.
- Handle: Galvanized Steel locking quadrant.
Description

- Energia Duct NRD is constructed from 20mm thick ENERGIA DUCT Phenolic Pre-Insulated Panel with Aluminium foil facing on both sides.
- The edges are joined using special glue and sealed with silicon sealant for air tight functioning which adds to maintain rigidity.
- Dampers are provided with Polymer / aluminium Flanges for connection with ductwork sections.
- ENERGIA DUCT NRD consist of high quality Airfoil blade made of 1.1 mm thick aluminum extruded profile.

DESCRIPTION
ENERGIA DUCT Access doors are designed for use in Pre-Insulated ductwork to provide convenient, economical access to the duct components. Access doors are provided with gasket seal between the door and frame to ensure air tight operation.

Continuous hinges on one side are available as an optional construction.
